At Limahana, we work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please email us within 7 days of receiving your item(s) for an exchange or refund. 

 

Exchanges:

You may exchange for a different size, style, or product in the amount of the original purchase. All exchange products must be unused and unworn. Please indicate the size, color, and description of the desired exchange item and we will do our best to reserve it for you pending approval of your exchange. Exchanges will not be sent until the original purchased item has been received and its condition verified.

 

Limahana does not offer free shipping. You must provide us with a prepaid self-addressed envelope or box large enough to fit the requested merchandise, included with your exchanged item(s).

Refunds:

Limahana accepts returns for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Customers must include a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Some items, such as sale and final clearance items, are not eligible for refunds. Refunds will not be issued until the original purchased item(s) has been received and its condition verified. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Damages:

​If you receive a damaged item, our sincerest apologies! Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item, so that we can arrange a replacement or refund. In order for us to replace a damaged product, the item will need to be unworn and unwashed and in its original packaging. Please ship the item  back (we will refund you this cost), and then we will replace the damaged item with a new one.

Please note that we will not accept returns or exchanges for sale items or final clearance items.
