Return & Exchange Policy
At Limahana, we work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s).
Exchanges:
You may exchange for a different size, style, or product in the amount of the original purchase. All exchange products must be unused and unworn. Please indicate the size, color, and description of the desired exchange item and we will do our best to reserve it for you pending approval of your exchange. Once approved, exchanges must be mailed within seven (7) days. Exchanges will not be sent until the original purchased item has been received and its condition verified.
Limahana does not offer free shipping. You must provide us with a prepaid self-addressed envelope or box large enough to fit the requested merchandise, included with your exchanged item(s).

Sale and Final Clearance Items:
Please note that we will not accept exchanges for sale items or final clearance items.
Refunds and Full Returns:
At this time, Limahana does not provide refunds or accept full returns for credit.
Damages:
If you receive a damaged item, our sincerest apologies! Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item, so that we can arrange a replacement. In order for us to replace a damaged product, the item will need to be unworn and unwashed and in its original packaging. Please ship the item back (we will refund you this cost), and once verified, we will replace the damaged item with a new one.
