SHIPPING & HANDLING

All products are made to order. Large orders may require more time to process as all block-print items are handmade. Processing your order is very important to us and we will work hard to ensure you get it as soon as possible.

We use USPS as our carrier for the majority of the orders. When your order is ready, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information.

Shipments usually take between 2 - 7 days, depending on the shipment class and destination. However, we cannot guarantee a delivery date.

Once an item has been transferred to USPS/carrier, the only information we have is the tracking number. We shall not be held responsible for loss, theft, or damages once an order has left our possession and in transit.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.
